Submit Manuscript

Temple Law Review is accepting submissions for Volume 98. We welcome submissions from legal scholars, attorneys, and law clerks, and encourage nontraditional articles, including essays, commentaries, narratives, book reviews, and responses to previously published articles.

Submission Guidelines
Temple Law Review has no formal length requirements. However, we prefer manuscripts between 10,000 and 30,000 words, including footnotes. Manuscripts should be double spaced with consecutively numbered footnotes. Citations should conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Please include a CV with your contact information, including your email address and phone number.

Submission via Scholastica is strongly preferred. However, manuscripts may be submitted by email to TLawRev@temple.edu. Hard copy submissions are discouraged but may be submitted to:
